Yes, in the event that your claim is not successful we will not issue you with a bill for our legal services. We understand that after sustaining an injury your finances can be significantly impacted, that's why we offer this policy and do not charge you upfront for your legal fees. No. Whilst we have significant experience in running claims for those suffering with post-concussion syndrome (PCS) through to severe traumatic brain injuries (TBI), our goal is to help all Queenslanders injured through no fault of their own, to get better after an accident. We believe that early access to rehabilitation and active collaboration with the parties involved is key to achieving this.
